My husband and I first went to Have You Heard for our wedding invitations back in 1999. Ginny and Roger were so incredibly helpful and they made the entire experience so easy and pleasurable that when we gave birth to our first baby in May 2004, we ran right back to Have You Heard for our sons birth announcements.

We wanted to thank you for the excellent service that you provided in helping us choose and organize the invitations for Leanne’s Bat Mitzvah.  Your suggestions were superb and you were always so helpful with our numerous questions.  You went out of your way to help us modify the invitation to include the Hebrew wording that Leanne wanted.  You were always available to us by phone and e-mail.  As the mom preparing for this event, your calm cool collected approach was what I needed to get us through the difficult planning stages.

We also wanted to thank you for your tremendous effort to provide the beautiful candy bar wrappers, extra large, to fit the Parve chocolate bars.  You really outdid yourselves.
